Manly, Man, Man…Man! Boy howdy, do I smell goooood! Gillette Tech, sharp new blade and some leather scented shave soap with English Leather AS to boot?! Perfection on a crappy rainy Hump Day! But it is all downhill to the weekend from here! Stay safe, count your blessings and keep it positive.

Now that is one BEAUTIFUL Fat Handle! Within the last year and a half or so, I've really come to love the Tech and it's many variations. Did you have it replated?

Nope that one is all original and a war time era Tech. It has the triangular slots in the base plate. It is the most efficient of my Techs and I have 6 of them from different eras and both US and British in origin. My fav though is my 1953 Canadian NOS. My first vintage Gillette razor...a whopping $6 on the Bay! I can't bring myself to use it... ;)

@Somnos stunning NOS as well as the Gold! I have a Prewar Canadian with the triangle slots that I had replated and is currently my favorite DE in the den. Those triangle slot baseplates are just a touch more aggressive in my experience and I've never had anything but a glorious shave with mine!
