I'm mainly rock climbing. I was a serious climber 1970-1989 and slowly started getting back into it a little over three years ago. It's a great incentive for strength, flexibility AND weight loss. Climbs that I thought of as 'on the easy side of difficult' back when, now seem impossible. Having a great time exploring my old stomping grounds and revised abilities.Anyone else doing any other sort of exercise to compliment their diets? Walking, rucking, playing sports, lifting weights, yoga, Pilates, MMA, Jazzercise? Let's hear about it. Don't care if you walk to the mailbox and back...I want hear what your doing and maybe share some goals with the rest of us!
