I figured, I’m on my last belt loop for the same belt I’ve had for about 8 years and I really don’t want to go up a pant size .... 34 for most of my adult life and I intend to stay there longer!

I’m with you brother, I was in a 38-40, went to a 32, now I’m back up at a 38.... I want to be a 32 again!

That's the equivalent of the sabbatical mentality! Instead of buying enough shaving stuff for 3 years before Jan.01, just pack on 10-20 lbs!

No joke, darn cookies and greasy foods..... Back to lean meats and veggies come Jan 1.

Same here. Was up to 253.5 this morning. I'm starting early with the hopes of being back at 250 on the dot by the time we actually do our initial weigh in. As soon as I get home I'm going for a run.
