Isn’t a shaving journal just that? It’s the same reason I gave up editing my videos for time and length. Time and interest. When I restarted doing videos, which I much wanted to do, I didn’t want to over think it all. Having a journal place to post everything just make easy sense to me.

You really do need to stop beating yourself up for running out and impulse buying that 7/8 Böker though. I think that it was something you needed and certainly deserve. Behaving that way can lead to these ridiculous and unhealthy “no-buy” pacts. 😎

I’m not beating myself up. I get a regular allowance. I love to spend.

Hey Longhaul! I just finished watching the Spartacus shave. Love the TIs no matter what anyone claims, but what boker? I was just looking at one yesterday

Take a look at #19. Boker Count Engelbert II and gold trim. I’ll make it easy.


For the record this wasn’t an impulse buy. I’ve been wanting Engelbert since earlier this year when I saw two different shavers with one. I just had to wait till the next allotment of allowance from “she who must be obeyed.”

This Allentown load has had some delays and looks like I’ve lost 24 hours. Oh well, not my worry. The good news is I got a good face shave and head shave, and both recorded. Will post up in due course this afternoon. So I’ve got a free, “paid” afternoon in the truck at the terminal. Watch out world. 😂
 
Here are my postings for today. I’ve got a face shave, followed by a head shave. Filarmonica 13 Novodur, Stirling Soap Dunshire, Savile Row 28mm brush. Everything went smoothly except my load today.

At 5:30 pm I am now hooked to my trailer and ready to roll. But I’m not ready. A certain tiredness sets in after sitting idle all day. I’ll get up and roll about 05:00 and likely stop somewhere in Alabama around Birmingham. So much for on time delivery.
