Steve's Journal: The Saga Continues....

It's at least worth a look. My dachshund Chauncey was basically paralyzed in his hind two legs. The acupuncture brought the inflammation down enough for him to heal and he is now a happy old guy acting like a puppy. I would have never believed that it works if I hadn't experienced it myself. The teach acupuncture classes at the LSU vet school now...so it is picking up some mainstream medicine speed also. My sister in law had her beagle go through it to relieve some symptoms of his cancer. Obviously it didn't cure the doggie...but it did give him a better quality of life. I can talk to you offline if you would like about my experience and some of the other things we have done for him if you would like.
I'll send you a PM when I get a minute.

Totally forgot....WILLIE UPDATE!!!!!

So he's still being rested, but after the first night of keeping him from walking unless necessary we saw an improvement. I'm looking into acupuncture treatments (I still have to message you @dangerousdon) and my sister-in-law is going to do magnawave treatments on him this weekend. But he's bouncing back and is getting restless just sitting around lol.

Shave Time!

Razor:
Stirling DE3P6
Blade: Parker
Brush: TSC 1st Anniversary Sorrentino Cashmere "Nola"
Soap: CBL Ghost Lime
AS: Stetson Cooling

A bit of a TSC shave today courtesy of @Smattayu and @CBLSoap.com. @dkeester was kind enough to send me a sample of Ghost Lime and it was awesome! The lime scent is strong and pleasant and the amount of cooling is perfect. Not enough to make your eyes water but enough to cool you down on a warm day. Great stuff. Walked away DFS+ so I can't complain.

Trying to get caught up on everyone else's journals while watching the Phillies/Rockies game and also getting documents together for another sale. The work never ends....

Willie World:
Willie is really looking better after the scare we had a few days ago. We're still going to have the Magna-Wave treatments done this weekend. We're also still looking into acupuncture. @dangerousdon I'm PM'ing you now lol.

Shave Time!

Razor:
G-2 Fatboy
Blade: Wilkinson Sword
Brush: TSC 1st Anniversary Sorrentino Cashmere "Nola"
Soap: A&E Club N Roses
AS: Stirling Almond Creme

Today's shave was a bit rushed, and the end result showed that lol. No visits from Mr. Murphy, but not the closest shave. Only did 2 passes (WTG and ATG) and ran out the door. Overall not too bad, but not the closest.

The A&E Club 'N Roses not only has a great name (G'N'R is one of my favorite bands), but the scent is great as well. I've never used a rose scented soap before so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it's definitely good. I'm assuming this is now unobtanium since it isn't listed on their site anymore. That's a shame because I would definitely invest in a tub of this stuff! Performance was excellent as well. Definitely a top tier soap.

In Other News....
It's Friday. Work is surprisingly not too crazy today, and I don't have much to do but wait right now on the current real estate deal. So a nice somewhat relaxing day before the weekend starts. Going to my first Monster Jam monster truck rally on Saturday so that should be fun! Believe it or not my 8 year old niece is the one that wants to go lol!

Willie World:
He's really enjoying this warm weather, but we're supposed to get rain all weekend...he hates rain.

Never been to a Monster Jam either, but I watched some on video many years ago, great stuff! Enjoy!
