Bob tends to class things up. Last year we had lobster and filet for the Super Bowl. He knows how to throw a party!
Straight only lasts so long. I prefer open wheel cars and road tracks.
When I was younger I used to enjoy running pacemakers on Sunday afternoons at our local track. (Incidentally, the site of the Spring Nationals) My car was slow, but pretty consistent, so I’d be halfway down the strip before some guys got their green. I won by red lights and under-times.
Only when they race on the other side of the equator.

No shave today because I was a little hungover from last night. I did manage to pick up a few new items from my parents’ house on my lunch break today. I stopped by to say hi and we started talking about my grandfather’s razors. My dad mentioned that he had a strop and hone somewhere that were his from when he was in barber school. He might have my grandfather’s as well. So we went up in the attic, but came up empty. They’re at the house somewhere but we didn’t find them today. I did leave with these though:
