Yes, it was new old stock. Old one too-
With Early American on the puck. Unfortunately, it has turned. Scent is skunky.

This soap is really good!! Nice scent and very cold! The lather is richly creamy and slick too...
Long forgotten blade...last use was in May. Now, paired with the nice razor...gives a silky smooth and is very comfortable in 3passes for a bbs finish, would have been perfect except for a red spot! The matching aftershave was great and really icy...hahahaha!!

The SV soap of the day is a bright fougere. Refreshing for a cool fall day. Lathered in the scuttle today with no issues. Enjoying these samples so far.

RAZOR: DH Nichiri Tokusen 6/8 (Mug), Valet Autostrop Model VB2
BLADE: Feather FAS-10 Carbon Steel (Dome)
PREP: Cold water rinse followed by a scrub with Argan Oil
BRUSH: JT Sapele/Resin Handled Omega Pro48 Boar Knot
SOAP: Mitchell’s Wool Fat
POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brush squeezings followed by a rinse with Humphreys Lilac WH. Finished with Krampert’s Frostbite AS Splash.

Good morning Cadre. Hope you had a pleasant evening.
Fantastic shave this morning. Had a whole other setup ready to go and at the last minute I saw the tub of "Velvet Wood" on the counter and grabbed it instead. Great scent and the lather the soap produces is wonderful. Great homage to the now-discontinued iColoniali mango oil soap. Three passes + touch-up with the Feather gave a DFS+ result. Finished with a splash of Skin Bracer Original (+ skin food) and a spray of Nicolai "New York" EdT.
