Razorock Game Changer

I saw that and you on Twitter. Not sure how I feel about that. The .84 seems perfect for me

Nice shave with the RR Gamechanger .84 and Kai blade. A smooth, efficient and comfortable shave with this pairing. A bit more blade feel than normal which I prefer but, still an excellent feeling shave nonetheless.

The GC (.68) is, currently, my favorite DE. I have the .84 head as well, but I get just as efficient a shave with my .68 and it seems a bit smoother to me. I understand the .68 is discontinued, which is too bad as it has a lot of fans.

Agreed about the .68.

I haven't been bitten by the RAD bug yet. In fact, have had only 3 razors since I started wet shaving around 12 or 13 years ago - Merkur Futur, 37c Slant, and the .84 GC most recently. I'm not a daily shaver. I know I dont have much to compare to, but for what it's worth, the .84 GC is my favorite of the three. Nimble across my face, efficient, looks great, and seems like a steal for the price. I can see paying more money for a razor that may look more elegant, but hard to imagine I'd get much more in terms of performance. Great razor!

Really? I had more than that within my first two weeks of wet shaving. But I started with vintage. and wanted to try out all the common Gillettes to find out what worked best for me.

Been lost in trying out new razors (modern & vintage, new for me) for the past couple months and haven’t had this piece in the rotation during that time. Today was the day. Man, a nearly effortless 3 pass shave that was smooth and relaxing. The RR GC .84 has just about the right combination in both smoothness and efficiency. Great balance with the Super Knurl handle and grip that means business. Just a regular, non-chalant, ho-hum shave that was uneventful. When you don’t have to think about your shave and just get it done in a relaxing kind of way, it means the razor is doing its job the way it was meant and designed to do. Superbly uneventful......

Yeah every time you post about your game changer I keep looking at Italian Barber to see if I really want one! Wish they still had the other plate though.
