Pick your Health Goal Two Month Challenge

Increasing water intake has been beneficial on several fronts. So that has been a positive. Its hard to get a good walk in under this kind of heat so that has been difficult. But on the plus side....I've been going for a swim each night. That's probably better than a walk.

Or at least as good as. I always say that walking is powerful, but yeah...if it is 120 degrees outside, kind of hard to do that. The key is finding something you like to do in an environment that you can do it in.

I know I've missed a bit, (especially this week with my neck, back, and hip being sore) but overall it has been good. It has been difficult staying consistent and I need to get better at making the time, but it has helped with what I set out to do.
Now let's see if I can stick with it after this challenge is over.

Got the chainsaw out yesterday and cut up a good sized maple tree then loaded it all up in a trailer to be hauled away. The one base was 20 inches across, the other two were about 12 inches across. So a good amount of all kinds of lifting.

Okay all! The challenge is finished. I hope you all learned something over the last two months. I had a lot of things go on these last two months but I still learned a few things, even if everything didn't go as planned. Over the next day or two I will tally up scores and see who will be the June winner and the overall winner of the challenge! If you are so inclined...and haven't posted your final thoughts...I would love to still hear them!

Well I think all of us had a bit more 'life' going on than we'd have liked.
We're off to California for 3 weeks, and after that, the real diet will start.
Still happy I powered through this season with the ballet. I think the worst is over for now, and it won't feel so hard to stick with.
The training stuff is in my blood, so it happens on autopilot. Dieting not so much, but ready to get on it now that the kitchen is back in order and my schedule will be more regular in the fall again.

slow week, only did some piliates and one heated class this week so far. ive been getting burnt out i think from going every day and have tried to slow down a bit with the hot yoga and see how that goes. maybe i will do a class on friday.
