BTW....I miss the old bathroom when we could get a slightly different view of the shave den. Same old same old is getting boring.

Just for you I'll see if I can throw in something else. See, if I wasn't working I'd have more time to model my shave of the day.

Well, the beer tasting was last night. Nope, would still say I don't like beer. Did find a couple I could drink if I had to, but I don't figure I'll find myself in the position to have to drink a beer. I did learn that hops when brewed tastes like bitter grapefruit. Which is the part I don't really like. So there you go.

@heysi, this Bud pic is for you. Straight from the scent wall.

Belgian Ales might be more to your tastes.. Less hoppy, more malty, typically higher alcohol content (7%+ ABV). Duvel, Chimay Trappist Grand Reserve (Blue Label), Unibroue - La Fin Du Monde, Rochefort Trappist, Westmalle Tripel.

@Luecke3262 suggested Duvel also. In all reality, I'm not too hot to pursue finding a beer I like given how affordable they are and the carb content.

Two - three bottles of Duvel and you're feeling really good because it has a sneaky 8.5% abv that you wouldn't notice because its such a delicious beer. Low bitterness as well. Shouldn't be hard to find.

That sure was a fun call. Granted I was there in the comments participating which always makes watching a live video more fun!

Being not much of a beer guys myself, well before I dove in…I still favor lighter/blonde beers/ales that are less hoppy. Safe brand names for me have been things like Stella, Corona, etc.

You also have the blessing of living in CA, where smaller brands with wide and unique flavors are rampant. My all time favorite currently is the Avocado Honey Ale from Island Brewing - crisp, refreshing, with a bit of sweetness.

Yep! It was almost a shame we had to do a tasting in the middle of all that or we could have interacted with the chat even more.

So I make an effort to add variation to my photos and Steven doesn't say a word. He's a hard wife to please.

I started as a Make-A-Wish volunteer some time ago, but these things take a long time. We were just notified that a wish from over a year ago is finally ready to go and this will be my first one that we actually go physically to let the person know. Planning on next week so that should be a cool experience. In contrast to that we have a strike starting on Monday without a end date. So I'll get to play host to a visitor from the state that day see where the week takes us.

@heysi look, another photo location!!!
