Closing out the workweek with a couple from LA rockers, Drab Majesty. Hope you enjoy.
Wonderful shave this morning! Returned to TOBS and their excellent "Lime Zest" shave cream. Fantastic bright, crisp scent with superbly thick and slick lather built with the Paladin 2-band badger brush for three passes with the '56 "Gold Tip" and I finished with alum, Quinn's "Grapefruit and Orange Rind" witch hazel, vintage Shulton "Fresh Lime" aftershave lotion and vintage "Old Spice" talc & EdC.

It's "Women of Rock Wednesday" and today I'm returning to Canadian rockers, The Birthday Massacre with a couple off their latest album, Pathways. Hope you enjoy.
Another fantastic shave this morning! Returned to Martin de Candre and their excellent "Agrumes" shave soap. Fantastic scent with incredibly thick and slick lather built with the Aylsworth G5C synth. Three passes with the '67 Super Speed and I finished with alum, Acqua di Parma "Colonia" aftershave lotion, Pecksniff's talc and Acqua di Parma "Colonia" EdC.

Stepping away from the Rock / Metal genres today and featuring a couple from Norwegian composer and multi-instrumentalist, Thomas Bergersen. Hope you enjoy.
Another fantastic shave this morning! In case you haven't noticed, this week's shaves have been all about lemon and lemon-scented items. Today I returned to Stirling Soap Co. and their excellent "Lemintense" shave soap. This soap has quickly become my favorite from them. Fantastic lemon EO scent with incredibly thick and slick lather built with the Paladin 2-band badger brush for three passes with the '56 "Gold Tip" and I finished with alum, ETHOS Grooming Essentials "Sicilian Lemon EO" Personal Blend skin food splash, Pecksniff's talc and Alvarez Gómez "Agua de Colonia Concentrada" EdC.
The "Happy Hogan" Homefront Report: Decent night's rest last night despite having some crazy dreams. Guess I had the earthquake / tsunami event on my mind because parts of my dreams featured catastrophic flooding.

Fantastic shave with which to both close out the workweek and usher in the new month! Returned to ETHOS Grooming Essentials and Frank's excellent "Nuage de Citron" shave soap and splash. Incredibly bright and creamy lemon EO scent with phenomenal lather built with the Stirling Soap Co. synth for three passes with the '56 "Gold Tip" and I finished with alum, the matching skin food splash, Pecksniff's talc and Acqua di Parma "Colonia" EdC.

Late post but a great shave to kick off the day. Returned to @thecajunblade and Eric's excellent "Destin Breeze" shave soap. This is a wonderful scent! Bella did a fantastic job with this one! Phenomenal lather built with the Wild West Brushworks synth for three passes with the '56 "Gold Tip" and I finished with alum and Murray and Lanman Peruvian Florida Water.
The "Happy Hogan" Homefront Report: A great 85° today! Loving the break in the heat but I know it'll be back.
