So a couple days ago I was shoveling and salting the front steps and sidewalk. After I was done throwing salt I proceeded to slap the side of my belly, through my coat numerous times as I walked back to the house , chuckling all the way.

Slapping your belly through a winter coat makes a very similar sound as slapping a mawashi.
