In general, there’s usually some treadmill, rowing machine, and some kind of floor work (dumbbells, bands, steps, squats, etc). The coaches try to keep you moving the whole hour, you tackle the sections at your own pace (and the motivation of everyone around you looking like they’re leaving you in their workout-dust)

It’s Thursday…Veteran’s Day…and a random day off for the kids! Boooo adulting!
Good shave today. The SS did decapitate a couple angry follicles. Otherwise a smooth result. The Versace is growing on me. The perfumey note is definitely more palatable than CK BE’s “unisex” perfumery. Though, last night when I showered after my workout, I gave myself a single light spritz…and the missus piped up semi-jokingly but semi-not “What’s that smell? Smells like lemon Pledge”…ruh-roh Raggy!
So far the only things forbidden in my home scent-wise are Tabac (though I like it) and The Veg. She usually doesn’t squash my frag explorations, though she’ll freely comment on them The kabosh hasn’t been kaboshed yet, so we’ll see!
Thanks to all the vets reading this and otherwise! Thank you for your service and sacrifice!

I’ll tell ya. For purposes of the way things can get around on the interwebz…the special place we’re going to be heading shall be nicknamed DL. Yep, the missus has been wanting to get the family there for a long while now and the kids have never been. Now that it’s only a few hours away from us, we have even less excuses. So we’re going to do a one day trip after Thanksgiving. Ouch though…that bill

I’ve been having an itchy finger the last week, trying to not let my frag AD get the better of me and trying to hold off for some good cyber deals. It’s rough going!

My Bride and I have been to DW (same as DL without the Left Coast experience
) a couple of times. It's a fun place, and every family should experience it together. I hope you all make some great memories together.

Yep, I’m alive!
Super busy morning. Went for a workout with the missus at OT this morning. Then it was back home to pick up the oldest for a bit of volleyball practice with a friend who used to play high level, some coffee and a pastry while helping out with that. Then it was back home for chores.
So, super late shave…decided just to do a 2 passer with the folding Feather SS, WTG and a XTG/ATG hybrid to get it reasonably close. Bit of a mish mosh of scents…but excellent when all was done.
Just doing the laundry now. How you’re all having a great weekend so far! Yesterday and today have been a bit warm, but decent.

Good shave to start the day. Nice and fresh and modern barbershoppy. I’ll probably try to keep the Feather SS rolling for the next week but my final pass/clean up razor will change. Not sure what yet.
