We watched Sheild for a while. It started out well, but just got ridiculous after a couple of seasons. Marvel stories are much better suited for the big screen I think.

We only watch what we can pick up with an antenna which is something like 9 channels. We use a code to watch our favorite shows on History and that's about it.

We used to do that the first years my wife and I were married. We might have had the antenna up for just special, locally televised festivities, but the rest was just our little movie collection if we watched anything at all. All this cable/dish programming crap is a pretty big money sink.

The cable/satellite thing can get really pricey. I would cut the cord but then I wouldn't be able to watch any of the local sports teams.

The AC platform can be very addictive I didn’t like El Jefe but the Hawk, Aluminum Mongoose, and RX I love. The Brass General was way on the mild end of the spectrum but better for me than the El Jefe.

What didn’t you like about the Jefe? Just too harsh? It’s been manageable for me as long as I keep toward the cap. I’ve shaved with it 3 days in a row with little irritation, so that’s a good sign.
Looking forward to the Hawk, especially if it’s a tad smoother/more mild as some folks seems to indicate.
It was an ok shave just harsh more than aggressive. I like aggressive but that one baffled me a bit.

I tried the El Jefe a while back and I ain't going to lie...it's a little too aggressive for my taste.

Free Shave Day:
Gear: Ikon El Jefe, Feather Pro blade (13), RR Big Bruce synth, Williams soap (modern, as preshave), Vito’s Extra Super soap, and Bootlegger’s Bay Rum AS to finish!
Good shave today. Again a little irritation on my care areas, but not too bad. Vito’s lather was perfect today and smelled wonderful! The BBR was a great cap to the shave.
The (supposed) development of bay rum as a scent has an interesting history. If you haven’t read up on it, you should! Sailors, BO, and all sorts of fun facts!
Back to work today for a full week. Christmas concert is coming up and the big prep for that every time is hauling out this monsterous stage that augments our church’s raised chancel area into a nice even platform instead of a bunch of steps. The stage is broken up into a bunch of separate plates, but it’s just sturdy, heavy, and cumbersome. Then we put it away two weeks later, lol. It will be worth the concert though.
Half way through the 9th season of Spooks, enjoying Netflix as well - watched Ip Man (good movie) yesterday and have begun watching Iron Fist (OK, but storyline is a bit slow).

Don't get too attached to Iron Fist...or any of that Marvel content. I just found out the only 2 shows left that haven’t been cancelled are Jessica Jones and The Punisher. Apparently it might have something to do with Disney starting it’s own streaming service. I was really disappointed that Daredevil was cancelled. That was the best one imo.

I liked daredevil the least. And even if some of them are cancelled, they are still worth watching. I’ve enjoyed them all!
