Good shave this morning!
Not much to report really. On the house-selling side of thing, buyer did release the inspection contingencies and made no requests of us, which is a pretty darn good thing! House appraised for at sale price too!
The next 2 days the eldest has his “final” days with his youth group buddies. They’re going to a water park today. And hanging out on the church campus for various activities the rest of the day.

Hah! I wish! It was nice pleasantly surprisingly though that our sale price, given the market, shot well over all market estimates.
That's definitely a relief! Plus moving is so intense - so you can focus on all the packing! I'm sure the Cadre members will help if you throw in some pizza

Gear: Colonial Armored General, Feather Pro blade, Graydog Art Deco brush, SV 70th soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe mix, SV 70th AS, and Guerlain Vetiver to finish!
First day of freedom…and I have to wake up briefly at about the normal time because to dogs are whining to get out
Thankfully I easily fell back asleep for a couple hours.
Up for some yard work (last I’ll have to do for a while? Maybe!) and then trimmed up my hair. Then it was a shower n shave. Almost reached for the CBL Grassroots Lavender/Rive Gauche combo again and stopped myself. Gotta pace myself with that goodness! So I picked up something equally as good that hasn’t been used in a month or so…SV 70th/Guerlain Vetiver! Sadly my SV/TSC brush is packed away…but still a great shave with Graydog’s Art Deco on deck!
First “goodbye” party with the church staff and select congregation members later this evening at our head pastor’s home. Otherwise some packing and hanging out to enjoy the day

And yes, it is. More often than not though there’s also an extreme feeling of freedom as you walk away from that last shift, that overrides everything else
