Corona Virus Official Day 256:

Nice lazy morning before throwing stuff in the suitcase and shoving everyone out the door to get to the in-law’s.

Nice shower n shave though to get my day kickstarted. Little bit of an odd scent combo but thankfully the 70th is juuuust light enough as to not interfere with the Oud Wood except to give it a bit of a greener vibe.

Uneventful drive, thankfully. The roads were moderately clear. We’re here with family through tomorrow afternoon!

Fun evening of board games and good food last night. The noise level generated by my wife and her 3 sisters is insane...but 🤷‍♂️😂

Browsed some Black Friday deals as I woke up a bit early this morning. Nothing really caught my eye except perhaps Henson but I’ve promised not to buy anything, so I didn’t.

Nice enough shave for a quick travel cleanup. All great, proven gear.

Another mostly full day of time with extended family. We’ll visit my parents for a bit and some lunch, then a stop back at the in-law’s for a little while before heading out home some time this evening.

Nice, chill morning. Finally roused myself enough to get the kids going on their chores and do some raking myself.

Great noontime shower n shave to freshen up. Not much to report otherwise. No battle damage thankfully.

Rest of the day is the missus doing some sales marketing online for her Mary Kay business in between doing some Christmas shopping for the extended family. Catching up on Mandalorian and British Baking Show later!

Nice to have Sunday morning off once in a while!

Great shave to wake me up. With the surprise delivery of my large boned Zingari The Wanderer sample yesterday, it was up to bat as pinch hitter for...well whatever I would have picked. Absolute dead ringer for LNHC Barber Shoppe (or vice versa...or happy coincidence?). Mmm Sego base did not disappoint one bit!

Not sure what’s on for the day. Last day to hang out with the family fully for the week. Kids go back to classes tomorrow and I’ve got a full week ahead at work, dragging Advent/Christmas stuff out, setting it up, and doing some painting.

Is it Christmas break yet?

Absolutely smashing episodes of Mandalorian and British Baking Show last night! The house favorite for British Baking Show carried the day and won the competition. Mandalorian had some huge reveals and content. I think the overall direction of the series is really good and exciting, even if it’s suffering on the micro scale a bit with its large amount of poor episode-to-episode filler.

I agree, Mando is not disappointing this season. I really liked the sorta crossover with Clone wars, though Ive never seen clone wars AND went scrambling for a timeline to see how far apart these shows two were. [emoji6]

Thanks Paul!

Looking at the timeline, it’s certainly a fun space for the Mandalorian storyline to play in! There’s got to be quite a bit that happens between the fall of the Empire and the rise of the Order. They’ve given the series a ton of potential with the hints they’ve injected, I hope they pay off!
