Well, it almost happened...an online training I was going to have tomorrow has to be delayed a day or 6, so I have to help get shade awnings constructed for the outdoor service now. Dang it!
I tried! I got pretty roasted today though. Spent most of the day outside arranging stuff and laying tape lines to ease Sunday morning’s setup.

Oooo man, am I achy today!
Up early but instead of being it for the planned training (which was postponed either to tomorrow or next week) it’s to go to work, hopefully for a bit, and help make the structure that will support a shade screen over the area Sunday’s service will be at.
Showered and shaved, and ready. Feeling much more alert and definitely less dingy after that!
Hopefully doing the little bit of work today will give me Friday/Saturday off to chill. *Knock on wood*

Gear: Blackland Vector, Feather Pro blade, Yaqi Rainbow w/ brown synth brush, Clown Puke tub soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe mix, Fine Platinum AS, and Fine Platinum EDT to finish!
Corona Virus Official Day 152:
Was able to sleep in an hour today. Would have been nice...if I didn’t wake up at around my normal work day time and doze in and out after that.
All shaved up now. Made all my selections this morning. Reached for the Clown Puke first then Fine Platinum was an easy choice for follow up. With the Vector at bat, it was a fine shave indeed. The Fine Platinum AS I used this morning is the original formula with a bigger menthol hit than the more current formulation, so that feels really good right now.
Supposed to reach near 110 today. From last week and through today, weather projections has gone from mid and upper 90s for the week to 100-110 range, each day adjusting a little higher. As of today, the rest of the week is supposed to stay 105 ish with just not enough cool down overnight to make any part of the day pleasant. Boo.
Yesterday ended up being a full day of getting awning materials, measuring and cutting shade cloth, putting up anchor bolts, and all that kerfuffle. Today my boss has a couple volunteers helping him, hopefully, put everything together and put it up.
The training I was supposed to have yesterday was postponed to today and I’m about to join in shortly. It’s officially titled Youth Mental Health First Aid. While it’s not a requirement for anything, I figure the knowledge won’t hurt and it’s free training for me. It’s been a while since I’ve sat in on a “class” for 5 hours
