Corona Virus Official Day 108:

If nothing changes between now and Sunday, this is my last work day for the week. Woohoo!

A little groggy this morning, but I chose to go to sleep a tad earlier than normal; it helped a little.

Nice shave this morning. I did it! I spent the entire month last month using only badgers for my brush. I’d say I got to know the ones I have fairly well! I can say I’m no longer soured toward using them as I once was and I definitely learned some things. The Sorrentino and Paladin made the difference. Take that AOS and your cheapie Muhle knots!

We do have our normal Wednesday night Zoom calls. Today is the missus’ birthday though as well, so we’re doing some extra, special stuff, like ordering dinner out. Should be a fun day, once I’m off work.

Corona Virus Official Day 109:

Got a full nights sleep, not sure how much rest I got though...weird dreams; no I didn’t use FW last night either!

Thought about bringing out the Feather SS today...nah. Maybe tomorrow.

Great shower n shave though. Did a hot water process. Have to say, it felt good but it was a little more rough than the cool water shaves I’ve been doing the last couple days. LNHC lathered up quite easily with the 400, with no worry of the gummy-ness yanking our hairs from the brush. Warped it up with some generous dabs of the Sartorial clone oil (it’s in a roller)...and feelin/smellin good!

Not much on the agenda today. Currently sitting with my iced caramel macchiato. The weather this week has been mostly high 90s. One of the pooches has a checkup in a couple hours. Things around the state, like many other states, are being shut down again as virus cases skyrocket. I imagine this weekend’s 4th festivities won’t help matters in the slightest.

Very few cities are doing shows around here to reduce the possibility of exposures. But if there's a will, there's a way. I hope the pup checks out alright.
 
Hope the pooch is okay. Had ours to the vet on Tuesday for skin itching. Scratching herself raw and even blood at times. Started pills Tuesday and haven't seen her scratching at all now. Seems more happy and relaxed. I want pills......

Thanks guys! The 4th will definitely be interesting!

Pooch is OK, just the lingering of an ear infection she needed some additional meds for. Also sounds like allergies may be ongoing with her as well. Once everything is under control, hopefully just a once every few months dosage of flee and allergen meds will be enough to maintain it.

Meanwhile, another $125 sacrificial offering for today. 🙄

Great video today! When I think back to my churchgoing youth, singing was such a big part of the service. That must feel very strange. I hope everyone attending stays safe and healthy!
