If you have to do something...

Hey Chris. Sorry to hear about your pup.
It’s never easy. When kids and you are discussing it. I always try to stress that there is a natural cycle of life. Pets enrich our lives in so many ways. And in turn they live many years longer with our care and love. Wild animals life span is usually much less.
So in that perspective the pet and you both benefit from each other in different but special ways.
If you grow up on a farm then your whole experience with animals can be dramatically different.
Take care, Ken

Thanks Ken, that’s a good perspective to have. A lot less tears today!

Sorry to hear the horrible news about your pup. It’s never an easy thing. Hope you and the family are doing ok.

Thanks! It was a rough day yesterday, but having 2 other doggies ready and willing to soak up the extra lovin has helped.

Shave #88 (400 Open Blade Shaves) of 2020:

Gear: RR GC .68, Shark blade, Atirling 2-band synth brush, Stirling Christmas Eve soap, generic witch hazel, Thayer’s Medicated, Avon Oland, and Guerlain L’Eau Boise to finish!

Corona Virus Official Day 13:

Chill day, just spending time as a family.

Early afternoon I cleaned up my hair and popped out an easy 3 pass with the GC. No worries.

Tonight is homemade carnitas and more family time.

Have a great Saturday all!

Shave #89 (400 Open Blade Shaves) of 2020:

Gear: Blackland Vector, Feather Pro blade, Yaqi SF synth brush, CBL Barbershop soap, generic witch hazel, Thayer’s Medicated, Fine American Blend, and Fine AB EDT to finish!

Corona Virus Official Day 14:

Nice Sunday morning listening to the short home “service” our main staff put together. Got a special donut delivery from a well loved local gluten free bake shop.

Being a parent is hard right now! We’re fortunate in many ways, even as we experience what we feel to be hardships, but I cannot imagine the lengths those not so fortunate are having to go through (many of my neighbors).

Nice shower n shave. Feels really nice to be totally cleaned up - hair n all! Went for the modern day classic barbershop profile of CBL’s grunged up barbershop finished off by Fine AB’s AS/EDT combo. Killer!

Have a blessed Sunday all!

I'm so sorry to hear about the fur baby, Chris. It looks like the family is handling it well.
Thanks Eric! Still get a tinge of remembrance when something happens that might normally have involved her, but we’re moving along!
