Shave #61 (400 Open Blade Shaves) of 2020:

Gear: Blackland Vector, Blade of questionable origin, Stirling 2-band synth brush, Stirling Agar soap, generic witch hazel, Thayer’s Medicated, and Fine American Blend to finish!

Made it safely back home last night around 10:30. Slept in today and skipped services to unpack and get the kids caught up on homework from the week. Just chillin at home mostly, otherwise.

Had a shave this morning. Popped a blade of questionable origin into the Vector today, this was from the mystery pass box...HORRID! This must have been the Graham Field of AC blades, tuggy and uncomfortable the entire shave, and I ended up having to bring out the Schick L to finish up. The blade was wrapped up in its own white packet, the edge looked Ok, but I should have known it was fishy when the back of the blade was sharply squared and stuck out ever so slightly from the back of the Vector. Anyway...straight to the bin after the shave!
