Did you get your Ralf Aust from Maggards? I recently got one, and while I am new at straights, it seems a little tuggy. I am thinking I need to get someone to make sure it is well honed.

I believe my wife did get it from Maggards, and I believe she got it honed by them because it did not have a factory edge like my Dovo did. It was pretty good and sharp when I first used it. If you need it honed I suggest asking @Maryland998 if he wouldn’t mind honing it for you. His Shogun Edge™ is fantastic!

I would be happy to hone it up. Shogun or Arkansas edge. Still trying to find out if I am ever going to get my Zulu Grey. Not able to communicate. And think that the unrest in South Africa may have shut him down. Thanks for the compliment Pat.
