As bad as my wife asthma got with Clubman Special Reserve I am thoroughly scared to try the Veg. Haven't bought any because i dont want to waste my money if she hates it.

Decanting and lightly cutting the Veg does improve it immensely! Call me crazy, but even though I’m not chosen, I’m loath to throw it down the tubes for some reason, I have it put away at the back of my AS collection, biding it’s time.
Nothing should ever be tossed or dumped..... PIFd at the very least.
I decanted the Veg into a glass bottle a year ago! And I still can't use it. But maybe one day.......I'm kind of like a moth to a flame - I can't seem to part with it! I'll shake it, open it, let it "breathe" some periodically, and perhaps it's improving - but not yet. Oh no, not yet.

Shave Quality
Phenomenal shave today. Went two passes as usual and came out DFS+/BBS-. The lather was great and really protective. I only gave myself one weeper.
Gear
CBL Tabacaveg... The performance is definitely elite. My face feels soft, smooth, and hydrated. The lather was slick and protective. Building the lather took a little extra time, but it was worth it. The scent... is... well... I guess I would call it interesting? It is not horrid, but I am not sure it is something I would buy for myself. I love the scent of Tabac, but I am not sure I think it mixes well with The Veg. It wasn't horrible. It improves The Veg, but I am not sure the Tabac is improved in the mix.
Tabac AS... Oh, so good! I love all sandalwood scents. They are some of my favorites, but I think Tabac trumps them. This my number one scent. I love it. In fact the soap and AS might just be my desert island soap and AS. At this point I only use it during TabacTober, but man is it great stuff. Tabac will always be in my den.
Other Thoughts
So far today is a good day.
