Shave Quality
A few good shaves. I have scraped up my neck a little bit, but nothing horrible. It will heal. Overall the SV is working well for me to get to BBS. My skin is still quite sensitive.

Gear
The Astra SP is the best blade that I have used recently.

I absolutely LOVE Acqua di Gio Profondo. It is amazingly good juice. A real winner. Sample it or just get a bottle.

Other Thoughts
It was a nice long weekend, but I am also glad that my parents are home safely now.

Shave Quality
I just saw last night that @Victory~Dale has joined the Cadre, so I thought I should take a break from the SV with one of his soaps to celebrate a bit. It was a great shave. The shave was close and the very slick. Although the Fatip Piccolo left me feeling a bit tender, it didn't last long and now I am just BBS and very happy.

Gear
The Flight Engineer is Bamboo, Ginger, and Coconut. It is a beautiful scent. Unfortunately it is one that is currently not available for purchase. Perhaps it will make a comeback some day?

The Playboy New York is an interesting fragrance. It is growing on me.

Other Thoughts
I could get used to these four day work weeks.

Feeling good, smelling good

Shave Quality
Except for taking a bit off the top of the mole near my left ear and one other small pin-prick sized nick, the shave was beautiful. As normal there was some tenderness afterwards, but that has dissipated with time. The shave is BBS-. There are one or two spots that didn't quite get totally smooth. I think it was an above average shave. I didn't even really feel the nicks happen, I just noticed the blood.

Gear
The R41 is a great shaver. I probably used a slightly heavier touch than was necessary, but it did feel like it was magnetically attracted to my skin.

Today's fragrance is a total winner. Who doesn't love a coffee scent that mixes with some amber.

Other Thoughts
There is always another chore to get done. I want to be rich enough, some day, to afford a live in butler and maid.

Shave Quality
BBS- today without too much irritation. The Fatboy with the Permasharp is a winner! It was a good shave all around. However, it appears that my face and neck do need a day off, so I probably will skip the shave tomorrow. Maybe I will pull out one of my straights for Sunday?

Gear
That Gillette on Gillette action really worked for me today. The Permasharp is a great blade. I don't need to say much about the Fatboy, am I right?

Today's fragrance is really working for me. It is a nice, gentlemanly scent. I will probably be buying a bottle when it is back in stock.

Other Thoughts
Having a good start to my birthday weekend. Now to just finish the work day.

Today's fragrance is a strong one, but really nice. Authenticity Perfumes makes a good product and the prices on the website appear reasonable.

Spent the day gaming with some friends. It was a good time.

Overview
Looking scruffy, but smelling grand on my B-Day

Shave Quality
No shave. The face is still recovering.

Gear
Ormonde Man is one of the best fragrances that I have ever smelled. It is ultra classy and the kind of fragrance that you could wear with a tuxedo. Everyone should sample this one.

Other Thoughts
Hung out all day with my wife and our friend Kelly, who we have known since college. He is one of my oldest friends and I haven't seen him since late February or early March. It was a very good birthday. Only one thing would have made it better and that is if my friend Doc had been able to join us as well.

Happy belated birthday! I love the stats you put at the top of your entries! Very cool. Glad you got to spend some time with your friend. So how would you describe Floris #89? Is it comparable to anything?
