Knitting you say.... hmmm how hard is that to learn without someone here to teach me?

It is not too hard to learn. There are plenty of good YouTube videos out there that will teach the basics. Also, the "Knitting for Dummies" book is a decent learning tool.

The big thing is learning to control the yarn.

A cracken shave...

Shave Quality
Two passes. Glass smooth BBS. No irritation. Amazing lather. Today's shave was the whole package.

Gear
The razor seems cheap, but it really delivers for me. I don't use it with two blades, even though it can take a second blade. With one blade it gets really close but it has a great built in angle. Just lay it against your face and let it glide.

Getting closer to the doughnut hole of death on the LEA puck. Perhaps tomorrow.

Other Thoughts
Going to be playing an online D&D game on Friday. I am really looking forward to it.

Thank you for reading and commenting on my journal. I hope you have a great day and stellar shaves, Cadre.

Hmmm I'm assuming two cats doesn't make that easier.
My cats don't really go for my yarn balls. The one cat likes cylindrical things like pens, pencils, and knitting needles. So, that can be fun.

Just make sure you have something like a bowl or basket to hold your yarn and keep it off the floor. Doing that should help keep cats away.

The shave was awesome. That two pass BBS got my day started right. I wish it had stayed that way.

Gear
The MJ-90 is a solid piece of hardware. I highly recommend it.

The doughnut hole has appeared. Let's see how long it takes to finish killing this puck of soap.

Other Thoughts
The camel's back broke today. Now they get to reap what they have sown.

BBS all the way. Best part of my day.

The doughnut hole grew slightly bigger.

Other Thoughts
I have two bosses. They are both giving me a full plate of work to do. I am not willing to put in the 60-80 hours that it would take to make them both happy.

Thank you for reading and commenting on my journal. I hope you have a great day and stellar shaves, Cadre.

Sorry you’re getting the work piled on Doug. Hope your bosses can ease up and have some understanding!

Well, the panic attack yesterday certainly didn't help.

I am sitting down with them on Monday, all three of us, to discuss. I am hoping for a favorable outcome, but not betting on it.

Shave Quality
Saturday's shave was really great. BBS and all that. Wonderful.

Today's shave sucked. The GEM Heavy Flat Top ripped me up in like 6 places during the first pass. The first nick bit me hard and it was a bleeder. I had to finish the shave with The General. I think I am done with GEMs.

Gear
I should have used an Injector. Time to sell my GEMs.

Other Thoughts
Tomorrow I am going to try to sync up between my two bosses. I am not sure how this is going to go.

Overview
At least I can take comfort in a nice shave.

SOTD Pic

Shave Quality
A stupendous shave today. Everything was good. One of the nicks reopened a tiny bit, but didn't bleed much this time. My face seems to be healing nicely. BBS and good face feels all around. No alum feedback. I can't complain about the shaves.

Gear
The doughnut hole in the soap puck continues to grow. This soap isn't going to last much longer. I think it will be gone before the end of April and possibly earlier.

Other Thoughts
My job has suddenly become a nightmare under my new boss. I can cope, but his style in meetings is panic attack inducing. I don't know if I can take it. This boss seems to believe in loading people down then turning up the pressure.

Thank you for reading and commenting on my journal. I hope you have a great day and stellar shaves, Cadre.

Sorry to hear about the boss Doug. Maybe he is doing that top weed out people? I had a boss that did that his first few months and then backed off. Hope everything works out for you.
