First time using an AC style safety razor and I am impressed! Easy 3 pass BBS with no irritation or excessive feedback from the splash. It made quick work of my usual problem areas and so for appears to be one of the closest shaves I’ve ever had.
The Vector came to me from @ParamedicAL and looks to be in immaculate condition. The polish finish on this guy is impressive. I see this razor being used heavily in my rotation. I did a repeat on the WSP Formula T and got some better slickness out of it this evening. I don’t see this making it to the top of my soap base list but it does a fine job non the less. I like the compact packaging for travel to accompany a shave stick for trips long enough to want a bit of variety while I’m away. The Mahogany scent is very nice without being overpowering.
I decided I had enough long days over the past few months and rolled out of work around noon. Ended up having an early dinner and a quick family outing to pick up some soft serve ice cream. A nice start to the weekend.
Have a good night Cadre!

Second outing with the Vector. While the first go with her was fantastic, this time around was leaps and bounds better. I played around with the angle and pressure and it performs like nothing I’ve used before. I guess you can say I’m happy with my lates acquisition.
Maggard’s Limes and Bergamot was my first soap and it performs very well for me. The scent is nice and simple. I’m enjoying less complex scents right now and I’m happy to still have this in my den.
This was a very enjoyable shave and I think the only thing I’ll switch out for tomorrow will be the brush. The Simpson is agood performer, but the knot in the Graydog feels much more luxurious.
Took the pups to get groomed today, they need it baaaad. Their last appointment kept getting canceled and rescheduled but I guess never late than never. Other than that we just hung around the house and relaxed as much as possible.
Have a good night Cadre!
