Chad's adventures of shaving, officiating, and life

Well guys back home after what has seemed like going nonstop but football is here. No shave today sadly as I was up early to help with your football. It has felt so good to be back on the field. Nothing crazy happened call wise the last two days of ball, but we did have a rain/lightning delay. I'll go over that in my shave video tomorrow. I have a few samples from Don I'm going to start with. But all these samples has me contemplating making my own *franken soap*

Razor: Colonial General
Blade: Feather ProGuard (1)
Soap/cream: Wholly Kaw Agrumi in Estate
Brush: Razorock Beehive
Aftershave1: Alum Block
Aftershave2: Avon Island Lime

Today was a nice shave using a sample DangerousDon sent me. Thank you!!! This scent reminds alot of Mike's Lime. So not sure it's unique enough to buy a full Puck but I really enjoyed the performance obviously. The results where really good today and I'm ready for the day.

Homefront:

Heading up camping going to be a nice getaway for sure. I'll be home on Wednesday. We leave after church. Nothing crazy in the event of football from this weekend. Aside from my game being cancelled on Friday due to storms. I kept the shave video short today and did discuss the football. It's worth a quick listen if you have ten minutes. It'll be up after church. Anyways hope you all have a great day and couple of days while I'm out.

Glad you liked the sample. I agree...I don't think the scent is really all that unique...but the performance is pretty solid. Really hope you have an uneventful week camping and that you come back refreshed and ready to play!

Today's video is facing technical difficulties due to a power outage. I am trying to get it up before we leave but it might not happen

Catching up Chad!

I wonder if I should revisit the multi-blades....hmmm. I started this adventure with a MACH III just to see if the DE would be better. I could get a BBS shave with the MACH III, but I also had a Harry's and if I attempted more than one pass it tore my face and neck up.

Well cooped you in the trailer waiting out this morning storm. Going through my Excel *den* sheet and looking at how many *tier 3* soaps I have. But also deciding which soaps I can *pif* to the soap sample swap program.

Anyways hope you all have a good day. Going dark rest of the day.

Have a good day Chad

I'm in the process of updating my "Den Inventory" spreadsheet also. I've got about 4 more shelves to inventory. Hold on door bell, well now I have more add, due to mail call.

Well the storms yesterday stopped for a little bit so we went fishing. Then last night they started back up and lots of lightning. I'm sure seeing lightning from an airplane would be pretty darn cool, I wonder if *cmh737* can take pictures from the air?

Anyways the storm didn't stop until this morning there was a two hour window and looking at the radar rain is predicted through tomorrow evening. So we called it a trip and loaded up during the window and headed home a day early. Even though it was a *tier 2* trip it beats being at work. Well on our way home and the rain started back up. Should be home in about 90 min and then o can inspect some *blind buy*s I purchased.

Anyways have a good day Cadre.

Shoot, I was kidding in my other post about heading home early. Sorry, that stinks

Sorry about the storms. On a plus side...you were saying not too long ago that is was really dry and the fires were out of control. Hopefully the rains helped out with that.

....I'm sure seeing lightning from an airplane would be pretty darn cool....

I have to admit that it is a very cool light show at night!
