Headed down to Jersey to pick up my mom today. She lives alone not too far from NYC, and I'm concerned food deliveries will be disrupted soon. So I'll bring her here, and hope for the best. This all is horrifying, not the least of which is having your mother move in with you for an indeterminate period of time. oy!

That is exactly the horror of this whole mess. Did I help mom by bringing her to where there are far fewer people, or am I sick and have I just shared my cooties with my 80 year old mother who recently had a heart valve replaced? I'll let you know how it turns out . . . . I hope.You are a good son.
