Tired is not a good way to start the day. Hopefully that shave perked you up.
Thanks Don and yes, I believe I avoided it in my early years due to comments about it but I find it a nice soap as well. Really surprised me. Got this stick in a tube and 2 new ones somehow in a lot trade or purchase and it's been sitting. Glad I pulled it out. Also glad you are starting to feel some better. Keep on healing !!Nice Shave today Dave. I actually don't mind Arko at all. I personally think it just smells like soap with a lemony twist. But it honestly performs better than a lot of other really expensive soaps! I least I think so.
Pretty sure there may be a shave stick week theme coming up. Get'm out and blow the dust off them.Still have an unopened Arko stock waiting in the wings for when I’m feeling brave. If I used soap sticks more often I might be tempted to use it, but as it is my years old La Toja stick is still only moderately used...
That sounds like a plan! I have Arko, Palmolive, Wilkinson Sword and Tabac....I didn’t know I had that many...LOL.Pretty sure there may be a shave stick week theme coming up. Get'm out and blow the dust off them.

I've got 2 tubs of hers and heard good things about her sticks. Needed a Bay Rum soap So got the stick and couldn't get just one ship all by itself(it would be lonely), so picked another scent. Looking forward to using them. I got my LaToja from the bay recently and haven't used it yet. Again I've heard good things about it. I am thankful that you don't live closer to me (not really)...or we'd be in trouble! Single items get so lonely being shipped to Canada (shhhhhh, she can hear me typing this)...LOL That's why every time I get anything from @CBLindsay they come in fours...they can play euchre or poker on the trip in from sunny Cali...LOLI've got 2 tubs of hers and heard good things about her sticks. Hey, I have a stick of Arko I can put in the next package going to Canada. I am sure it can find its way to you once its made its way north of the border. Assuming of course they let the thing over the boarder. I tried to ship a package to Australia a while back and had a couple ounces free space so I sliced an ounce off an arko stick and stuck it in the package and sealed it up (man did it stink). 3 days later the package comes back to me, it had been rejected by US customs processing. I convinced the postmaster to resend the package without me having to pay postage again because it hadn't even made it out of the states. All told it made this round trip to 3 times, each time being rejected one step further in the process, once making it as far as Australia proper but not clearing customs. The local postmaster had become amused by our packages misadventure and was determined to get it delivered so on the last attempt she prayed over the package ...literally sat the package on the floor and had the other postal carriers at the counter hold hands and join her in prayer. It appeared to me by the words she spoke that this prayer was not a new one. The stinking arko package made it to its destination. So if you want me to try to send a stick your way we should start right away.I am thankful that you don't live closer to me (not really)...or we'd be in trouble!
