Indeed, Chad! We have only BBQd once this year, but summer is getting closer! We're currently still getting occasional frost warnings for overnight temps, so we're not quite there yet.
 
Good info Sam! Yeah...most places her in the US are a lot like that. If you put in an offer outside of the city, you are likely to be out bid. Accept the asking price and maybe even offer more.

Me again hmmm what's for dinner? Oh just T-bones from the farm! First let's get some smoke at 225 degrees

Okay internal temp hit 110. Time to get the grill to 700.

Oh 750 on the grates I guess is good enough.
