Did you kindly offer to dispose of it for him because of that dangerous nick? What a guy!

Great shave today...it's great that the nick on the blade isn't affecting the shaves or progressing beyond what it is currently. That is an absolutely beautiful piece of SR artistry for sure!

Finally getting caught up on the shaves Dave, and some good ones at that. It was great talking to you last week as well. We need to find time for another call. I'd like to catch up with Sharon's hobbies, etc.

WOW finally made it to 900 straight shaves and just to think that about by my anniversary to Sharon I will be at over 1000 str8 shaves. What a journey it has been so far, Blood, Scars, empty wallets, furniture and DSBBS (G) (10) Ratings, LOL. Not to mention the most important part of Good friends sharing the journey and a new forum to share the next 900. For that I thank you ALL.

Today's shave was a mixed bag. I somewhat overhydrated the cream, but it was still nice and slick, just not as good as I like. the fili made up for the goof in lathering, although she did stall a few times, but no damage done.

I worked at the 3-passes today, and a bit more cleanup than normal, and as a BBS chaser I was not going to give in to anything less than a DSBBS today, as I had invested so much to crawl out of the bad shave cream hole I created, LOL

In the DSBBS (G-1) (3) so passable, for being such a shave snob now. LOL

Here is to the next 900 straight shaves.

Set-up:

Have a Great day Everyone!
P.S. - Will get caught up with all your journals at some point today, my apologies

Congrats on the 900. Achieving such a high number proves the value of sticking with something, one shave at a time you added to your count and the number grew. I remember my own journey to 40 then to 100, it seemed like an impossible task but I achieved it one day at a time.

900!!! Wow brother that is awesome!

Thanks Gents

All caught up, and congrats on #900 Dave! I've seen several razors like the Boker in the previous shave, and have almost pulled the trigger on a few of them. The beveled spine look has always appealed to me.
