It sounds like you are having fun with your projects. I wish you luck with your chickens and ducks. It should prove to be a tasty hobby. You could even make your own Balut.

Safety Ducks was the 1st thing that popped into my mind.

As to the assembly of the pen. I take stuff apart and put it back together, and build new stuff sometimes for a living. I have lost my religion more than once while doing the "some assembly required" thing. SWMBO will usually interject and If I'm at that point I will offer her the tool in hand and say "here if you know so much you do it", yeah I pay for that comment.

Lol. I tried it while vacationing in Vietnam a couple years ago. It wasn't bad... It wasn't good either, but it wasn't bad. It is culinary experience I probably won't repeat.
