Very refreshing shave this evening. I'm spiffy keen now, but expect to be just spiffy for tomorrow's workout. But spiffy is just fine for the activities.

Heaviest growth in recent memory, taken care of swiftly by the RT/Wilkerson combo. The usual two passes with touch-up did the trick. :)
 
The workout went well. Hardest one yet, but not impossible. They like to challenge you: once you're comfortable at one level, they up the ante and increase the time or machine resistance, or both, as they did today. I remind myself that you get out of rehab what you put into it. :)

Very refreshing shave today. Last use of this blade. Too much buffing required, so it got pitched afterward. Quiet day ahead of me, that may include some DQ just because ice cream.
