Decided to go thru some @LNHC soaps again for the post shave feel especially. @Smattayu Using the new anniversary brush again because....................well got the best one and it deserves it !! After some Humphrey's and Proraso I topped off with @Joe Hackett Stirling Mountain Man EdT. The .84 GC continues to make me happy I got it. Nice Shave this morning Dave! How are you enjoying the Stirling EdT? I got a sample of the Bergamot Lavender and my wife said, "Oh I like that a lot! You need to get you some!" Okay the exclamation points are my addition...but she did say that. What she doesn't know is that since she gave me free license, I will be buying the whole set! 🤪

Good for you on the Green Light. I like the strength so far and we'll see about longevity. Not the scent I would have picked (Pif'd a soap/AS set awhile back) but enjoying it today.

2019 Shave # 93 ( 146 Consecutive Shaves )
Razor: Rockwell 6c Plate 4
Blade: Merkur Super (4)
Brush: Stirling Badger
Soap: LNHC Haute Leather
Aftershave 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla
Aftershave 2: Avon Leather
Forgot to change the razor and blade in the SOTD post and can't fix it now. I hate that we can't edit posts anymore. Would be nice at least to extend the time for more then the short amount it is now. Anyway, a little sore after helping friends move yesterday so told the boss I needed the day off. Waited for it to warm up to 30 this morning before giving the yard a 1st mowing of the season. Others have a week ago but didn't see the need yet. Did to appease the spousal unit even though I was just loping off the tops of weeds to even things out. Okay, it does look better and now I know I can probably get another season out of the little Snapper riding mower. After that I came in for a shower.........................to warm up.We'll be at low 50's today for a high but 70's by Thursday.

Onto the shave. Using my 2nd @LNHC soap today with the Haute Leather. I got the typical great lather and shave protection but where Lisa's soaps really shine is post shave and I'm loving how I feel right now. I used the Merkur Super blade for shave 4 today and it has lost it's sharpness by the end of the shave but did it's job before getting binned post shave. I'm glad I tried this even though I heard all kinds of negativity about the Mekur blades. Not one I'll buy but a very good work horse blade for a few shaves a piece and since a friend gave me a 100 pack found at a bin store for $1, I'll work through them and share with some as well. After some Humphrey's I topped off with some Avon Leather and this stuff is right up my alley 2nd only to Island Lime. Chilling a little now before heading out for a few hours work this afternoon/evening. Have a great day Cadre !!

Getting all caught up from the weekend nice shaves. Did I miss the re-cap on the Stilring EdT?

Nice shave! I was almost jealous of your Cadre Monday off. Then I saw you went in for a bit of work.

Nice longevity and has me thinking of a bottle in a scent I'd like better. 👍
Took a good long whiff of the Glastonbury, it’s a very nice, informing kind of manly scent. They say it has something to do with outside, but I get a mellow gentlemen’s club kind of vibe. It’s very pleasant.

2019 Shave # 94 ( 147 Consecutive Shaves )
Razor: Charcoal Goods Level 2 SB
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (4)
Brush: Razorock BC Plissoft Silvertip
Soap: LNHC Doc Holiday
Aftershave 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla
Aftershave 2: Aqua Velva

Using my 3rd and final @LNHC that I own but will be getting more. I am honestly blown away by how much different my face feels after using @CBLindsay and Lisa's Natural Herbal Creation soaps compared to others of the 100+ soaps I have. I feel a cumulative benefit when using solely these on a daily basis. Am I at the point of wanting ONLY these 2 in my den ? Well because of variety perhaps not quite yet but am REALLY leaning that way and will be adding more from Lisa's soon for sure. SPECTACULAR shave today and feeling great. I have to say that CBL, LNHC and A&E are absolutely the top of the heap for me and if I had to pick my top 3 makers, they ARE it ! Have great day Cadre !!!!
