We have a ski resort that has a few runs facing the right way and are actually still open. A few locals posted pictures of them snow skiing, and water skiing on the 4th of July. How many places can you do both in the same day? And only 20 miles separates the two places!

We had a great time at the rodeo. We especially enjoyed when the small town where this one is held had the first ever police dog for the town officially retire. It was pretty neat to see everyone in attendance honoring the police for that special moment. Pic wasn't that good sorry

@Cvargo I have only been to a couple rodeos in my life, but they are always fun and always seem to be family friendly!

On my travels yesterday...I found this little gem...The pic isn't as good as I wanted but for some reason in one of the most rural parishes in Louisiana there was an influx of 18 Wheeler traffic on a two lane road with no shoulder. Needless to say...I had to hurry up!

Anyway... @Spider might appreciate the creepiness of it!
