What ya eatin?

I would think you would need a decently aged cheddar to provide a sharpness to stand up to the grease and truck-stop flavorings that is the plastic wrapped meat stick. Preferably from cows that freely graze from southern exposure gently rolling hills.

This morning, I pan-toasted a big batch of almonds. I love toasted almonds in my yogurt. We made a batch of yogurt yesterday and it’s currently straining out. I will have some with the almonds, some vanilla extract & honey this afternoon.
How does one go about pan toasting almonds?...asked a guy with an almond tree in his front yard.

I should have mentioned that they were slivered almonds. I just spread them out in a big cast-iron skillet & keep turning & stirring them until they start to get a little brown.
