Grilled Sea Scallops/ tomato/ green pepper/ scallions over rice with a lime Cilantro Verblanc sauce
Mmmmm…tasty stuff coming out of that roach coach!
They are pretty handy with the drizzle.
Ribeye, grilled asparagus, grilled portabello
Pinto beans and cauliflower “rice”. Followed by some Edy’s vanilla ice cream.
Salmon steaks in an Irish butter and white wine reduction - seasoned with a blend of mild curry, sea salt, lemongrass, coriander, lemon peel, thyme & marjoram / steamed vegetables and cheesy mashed potatoes. As always we break out the fine china.
