This is my favorite part!!!

I grilled up some chicken thighs last night on the Weber. Since the weather has cooled off a bit I decided to go the charcoal rout instead of gas. I can screw a bit up using the gas grill...but man...I am a culinary expert on the Weber! Not that chicken thighs are hard or anything...but man oh man do I like the smell and taste of charcoal so much better!

The wife, father-in-law, and myself ate them before I remembered to take a pic.

Danger! My wife is up to something! She is cooking one of my favorite meals! Breakfast for dinner! The last time this happened she convinced me we needed a mini van. Not sure what she is up to. Good vibes people!
