What ya eatin?

Okay, those scallops browned up nicely without getting chewy at all. My wife and I are VERY satisfied with our supper and the scallops had three dipping sauces (and some soft italian bread):
- Ghost pepper & BBQ sauce
- Homemade scotch bonnet sauce
- Costco Aioli w/Jalapeno
Mix'n'matching and double-dipping as desired and encouraged!
 
Don't overdo it. You know you're not supposed to eat corn after midnight!
