I call this TSC eggs. Zucchini from KJ’s garden, tomatoes from Sam’s yard and avocado from Dave’s future home in Hawaii. Cooked the eggs separately and then added them in this time. It gives a slightly different texture and eating experience.

here it is...... Our "White Trash" Anniversary Dinner, LOL but a bit classed up.....

China: Egg Rolls with a Chef inspired Sweet & Sour sauce in it's own artfully mastered container
Oklahoma: Curly Fried Potatoes
Mexico or Purina ( not quite sure ) Tacos a la grease
US: a Breafast Jack with Ham Egg and Cheese
and class up our gourmet meal, a 2018 a Darioush Caravan Blend of Cabernet, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Malbec - Delicious
