I don't normally post about my lunch, especially since it was left-overs from last night's dinner, but it was quite good! Lunch today was lobster and ricotta stuffed ravioli in marinara sauce made with San Marzano tomatoes, with grated Parmesan-Reggiano and a sprinkle of black truffle sea salt to top it off..
Dinner this evening at Blue Water Grill, just off the SB beach.
Hers: San Francisco Cioppino
His: Pan seared scallops over mushroom/asparagus risotto
And: Crab/artichoke dip to share
Had a heat wave going on earlier this week. It's still in the mid 80s. I know that seem too bad. But up here in WA state. We're not used to it. Anyway I'm craving something cool and sweet, so I bought some raspberry sherbet.
Applewood Smoked-Spice Chicken off the smoker. Mexican rice, broccolini with cilantro lime cream, quinoa and BBQ backed beans. Topped off with a Caesar.
