AM: MDCI Chypre Palatin
Nice chypre, but maybe it’s close enough to Le Galion Bourrasque that I don’t need more than the sample. It’s a bit lighter, and in a way more complex, but I think I like the full wear of Bourrasque more.
PM: Pierre Guillaume Coze Verde
Fig and cannabis. This is a flanker to the original Coze, but I probably wear it more, the fresh green fig really shines here, and the cannabis just gives some depth.
We had a ‘fun’ day of meeting a lawyer to do our wills, and met with our financial advisor. That stuff stresses me out. So maybe the vicarious herb now is what I need.
More than anything, I’m just hitting the awful time of year where I can’t stand another dark cold day, and this is very cheerful but still works in the weather.
Thankfully we’re going to Portugal on Thursday. I’m ready.
