2oz - Rum (ideally something with some hogo for me, but as some Dave’s recently proved ymmv on that point)
6oz - hot water
1 tsp turbinado sugar
Feel free to garnish with a lemon wedge with a clove stuck in it.

(Our take on a drink from Davidoffs in Vegas)
2oz Jamisons Irish Whiskey
2oz Santo Reposado Tequila
2oz simple syrup
2oz pineapple jalapeno mixer concentrate (sodastream)
1oz lime juice
Splash of Soda water
Ice
Rim glass with mesquite steak seasoning
Add rocks
Add all other items to shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour over ice!
