Just a little Floki sheep dung smoked whiskey via @Spider. Analysis: interesting. On the nose there is earthiness and wet hay. The taste is more of the same with notes of grains and prairie with animalistic undertones. I don’t really get any smokiness either on the nose or palette. Maybe more of essence of sheep. Glad I got to give it a shot KJ!
