Well Ryan at Tallow and Steel accidentally mixed up my order, putting two of one soap in and missing the amazing Spiced Fougere (the matching after shaves weren't mixed, and as ordered). An email, and a few hours later and the tub is on the way plus one matching aftershave for the mixed up soap and the one on the way.
Accidents happen, but that's a nice way to make up for it.
