"TSC's Shave Sales Deal Finder"
On my birthday I received a surprise gift from a wonderful member here, our very own @Scuttlesoap . I was sent a gift card for The Razor Company, which just happens to be one of my favorite shops.
It took me a few days, as I am quite indecisive (most of you know that by now). Now the painful waiting begins for delivery. Lol.
I've been wanting to try crowne and crane for a while. This particular scent has quite a following.
The pre-shave tube is something I saw on a YouTube review. I've used the PAA cube before, and it works really well. It's just a bit messy to hold, imo.
Finally, I wanted to branch out and grab another scent from the razorock quad mill soaps. Since Jeremy only seems to have the shave sticks, I figured I'd give it a try. The scent is the same as their XXX, so it should be a really good one.
I truly can't say enough how humble I am by this out of the blue, generous and thoughtful gift. I can truly say you made my birthday this year Brian. Thank you!

I have some Personna 74 blades coming. I had enough blades, but I was able to get these for a fairly reasonable price and I prefer them to the Wilkinson London Bridges I also have. I'll probably sell the LBs.

That’s going to need to be more than an 8 ball then.
I’ve looked into the HomePod mini, but for some reason they aren’t available here.
I’d hold off on the mini - had mine 24 hours and not impressed so far. I’ve done everything you’re supposed to - upgraded to the latest OS, followed the built in installation steps - and it isn’t working like the “just works” promises.
I can’t Air Play to it - which is the reason I got it, it has an error that says that it isn’t on the same network as my iPad and iPhone - yet shows it is on the same network in the settings- and I know it’s connected to the internet since it will play music if you ask Siri. I may be a little down about it - but since in the past month have spent about $1500 on Apple products - have been with the Apple ecosystem since 2003…….QA for my last two products sure has not been there.
But not to be a bummer - so I watch old iMac commercials which crack me up.

Not a bummer at all Brian, it’s just the reality of it all, I won’t say how much we’ve sent Apple this year, and there’s been more than one ungentlemanly word uttered while Helena is out of the room.
Some of it works great, and some of it just grates.
I do a little of the ungentlemanly language - then Aidan reminds me that “That’s not nice language.”
Then I watch a commercial or two to crack me up.I could put any of the Mac vs PC commercials here - because John Hodgman has a way to make me smile - but this will always be my favorite Apple commercial - good ol’ Ellen Feiss

I just ordered the “Man” series from Stirling Soap.
Got a nice price on some TRUE UNOBTANIUM! Now I just need to find a bottle of the aftershave for cheap, but that’ll never happen.
I am not the biggest sandalwood fan, and I think I have the splash. I'll check my stash and see. If I still have it... it's yours. But I might have already sold it.
