I made a $200 purchase on Maggard that I’m hoping doesn’t get lost in transit. Once it gets here I should be good on soap and blades for the next couple years.

The holy grail of razors IMO
Half my pre-Christmas online orders..... the ironic thing is that I made 3 orders with one artisan - the one that I ordered on 26 Dec arrived - the other two - made 11 & 15 Dec - still in the ether.
On a positive note - as long as they keep arriving one each day - I get to celebrate the holidays through January.

My wife picked me up a Mr. Coffee (yea, I know) Grinder that at least has 3 grind settings.... my $3.50 for 12 oz Aldi coffee beans actually taste very good!

Are these very practical for general usage? I've always been curious about them.
They do have quite a following that is for sure and get great reviews. I did my my homework and it came down to the Metro or. Lamy Al Star...went with this one.
