Thanks. I've used two of them so far. The 24mm boss batch 2 is okay (soft, mid-backbone, a bit resistant) but I'm loving the 26mm Fan Timberwolf knot (Soft, low-mid backbone, just enough face feel)

Ahhhhh..... Carborundum lolI was hunting the auction site for interesting straights tonight, I like animal references and cool scales. So I searched bear and a T. Hessen-Bruch 5/8 with bad toe wear, turned up. Normally I wouldn’t give it a second thought, but I kinda liked the bear on the scales.... So I flipped through the photos and.... There’s a cigar box which looks kinda cool, it’s old, but then there’s a stone! There is a milky residue on the side of the stone that looks extremely Thuringian, though it could just be dirt or paint.... Pretty darn sure it’s a Thuri, could be wrong, nah it is! I’m gonna be an optimist! If it turns out to be a carborundum, oh well, it won’t be the worst $30 I’ve ever spent, not by a long shot...

OH WELL! Great for sharpening knives! The Hessen will shave again, that is for sure... Not the score I was hoping for, but its fun to chase the dream!

I almost put in this order last week when the Tuscany came back in stock. I sent an email to Rod asking if the other were coming back (creamy coconut, etc.) soon and should I hold off. No reply and it went back out of stock. [emoji3525]
You know what they say... Fool me once, lol. Tuscany came back in stock and I just ordered it as-is this time. I'll try the other bar soaps if they become permanent additions. [emoji2371]
