What are you anxiously waiting to be delivered ???

I live in Europe and I'm experiencing quite some delays in the in the USPS international shipping, more people have this issue? USPS is telling me that us customs is the issues, but with FedEx and DHL i don't have this issue

True. It's affecting Dovo, not Merkur.
In the history section of the Dovo website they state "Also through the acquisition of partner companies such as Tennis, Bismarck, Fontana or Merkur – to name just a few, DOVO continued to succeed." All the information that I have found calls Merkur a subsidiary of Dovo. So, it seems like they will be affected by Dovo becoming insolvent. I guess we will see.

After expanding my Merkur collection, I will need to pickup a couple of Dovo straights that I have been wanting.

The US Postal Service is really screwy these days. I live in Colorado. Recently my wife sent a package to a friend in New Mexico. The package went through Portland, Oregon before getting to our friend. It would not surprise me if there are some customs delays, but that isn't the whole story.

I saw somewhere that USPS is also striking, is that correct?

Those are great containers. I have one with my Christmas Eve samples in it. It doesn't have the screw top, but it's great quality. Heavy/solid construction. I think it has some sort of coating, too, to prevent water rust? Just a guess looking at the finish.

I guess I'm cheap I went to dollar tree and they sell various size tins in either 1 , 2 or 4 packs that work great and when the wife or myself finish using one of the dove intensive cream jars also sold at dollar tree I wash them out and use them for sample pucks also. Some of the tins have magnets on them so they stack really well or can be stuck to a metal strip for storage.

Ya don't drink it!
Awww man! But it looks so tasty!

Love the handle who makes that razor and name of it. Thank you.

Paradigm Shaveware makes the 2020 Diamondback. I like the handle too with its Art Deco influence, typical of razors made by this company. There is a thread in this forum under DE Discussions which has more information including reviews. Also DFS has a long thread. I have another razor made by Paradigm and have been very happy with it.

thanks. I hope its able to save some a little bit of money.. ( more samples that can be bought with what is saved ) I also like the screw down part and the fact that most samples like stirling fit just right.
oh and the stirling or whatever sample label is easy to stick to the top of the lid.....
