What’s new to you?

Shaved with it this afternoon on 3 & a brand new GSB. It certainly has a lot of blade feel! I wasn't focused & got bit on the chin once. For my third pass I went up to 3 1/2. I was on high alert but got through just fine. Tomorrow I'll dial it back to 2. I'm going to shave with it this week to begin getting a feel for it. At the end of the week I'll know if I'm going to keep it or take it to the KC Meet-up this weekend & try trading it.
 
I got two packages yesterday. The first was from Chad. I bought his Rockwell 6S off the BST. I'm really happy that I got one of these. It's my favorite of the 3 that KY Dave let me borrow.



Then I got a PIF Box from Dave in KY. Dave has been amazingly generous to me. I cannot say enough about his kindness. As you may recall he sent me a Motorcycle Jacket. Well, he sent me another Motorcycle care package that included a Leather vest, overpants, a leather/fleece neck bandana, and a sample of some Honey Habanero Whiskey. All of the clothing is stuff that he had used, and doesn't fit or he doesn't use anymore. I don't mind using hand me downs, and I couldn't be happier with these items. I'm sitting at my desk at work wearing the vest. And it was cool on the ride in this morning (about 40*), so I got to test out the overpants and the bandana. They definitely help.

He said he wanted to send me as sample of the whiskey, as he thought I'd like it. He sent me a bottle that probably has a little over 4oz in it. That's an extremely generous sample! I'll discuss the whisky itself in another thread. I just can't thank Dave enough! Super swell guy!



 
Dang! Motorcycle gear ain't cheap either. That KY Dave is a swell guy...I don't care what the rest of you say!

Some fantastic new stuff showing up this week. The motorcycle gear is awesome and the Honey Habanero is very fitting. I ALMOST grabbed a mango habanero cottage cheese the other day, I did the smart thing and just walked away.
 
Glad it worked for you KJ. Just laying around here. My Leather Jacket and boots stay just in case I get another bike........................
