I just received my 2018 30mm Paladin Dark Hollar Jack to go along with my 2017 26mm Jack. This 30mm is a beast, and is going to be a real soap killer!

I knew you took the "I'll be in a meeting and won't be able to order at the drop TOO calmly" You had other plans. Nice addition.
Was it a return from accidental double order? Heard they had some.

I really did want the 24mm, but missed those. This 30 is huge!

I didn’t have other plans and was kicking my self for not having someone grab a 24mm Jack for me. I just missed out on the accidental double order as I was getting out of my meeting. Then when I got home Cody posted about adding a couple “seconds” to the site. This 30mm was literally the last one left.
 
This little guy was waiting for me when I got home. First Paladin. Super stoked about it!

Here’s a size comparison to a Duke 3:
Gave it a test lather for a little break in. Lost a few hairs as to be expected, but it really feels like a quality brush. Planning a shave with it later this evening...
 
Got in a couple Mama Bear soaps today. They were refills so the labels got a little jacked up trying to transfer to tube. Dragons Blood and Fall Leaves. Both smell heavenly!

 
Nice Bowl Dave! That thing is a looker...now I want one! Scott at Captains Choice has always treated his customers right. Just a wonderful man. If I remember correctly...our resident Spider has actually met Scott.

KJ...that 30mm brush is a beast! Holy Cow! imagine the lather that come out that thing!

Yes I did. When my girlfriend and I went to Chicago, he met us and we talked for about an hour. He also gave me one of his lather bowls on that trip. He’s a really generous and down to earth kinda guy.

He also later interviewed me for his first customer spotlight in his newsletter.
